Shipping & Exchange Policy

-Delivery Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 4-6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
-Exchange Policy:
Customers may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving their order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
-Returns & Courier Policy:
We do not accept returns while the courier is waiting. Once the courier has delivered the package and left, all sales are final, and no returns will be accepted.
